(1) Appearance of plastic bucket: The symmetrical part of the plastic bucket body has a wall thickness ratio of no more than 2:1, no sand holes, no poor plasticization, the outer wall and mouth are flat and smooth, there are no more than 2 bubbles with a diameter of no more than 2mm, the length of black spots and impurities is no more than 4mm, the bucket mouth parts are tightly overlapped, and the interchangeability is good.
(2) Performance inspection of plastic drums: Open plastic drums must undergo vertical impact drop test, stacking test, and sealing test. Closed plastic containers must undergo vertical impact drop test, stacking test, air tightness test, and hydraulic test. Plastic containers with installed handles and integral handles also need to undergo suspension tests.
