Plastic chemical drum instructions:
Made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) material and produced using blow molding technology, it has a wide range of applicability and can be widely used for packaging in industries such as chemical and food. The product meets the packaging requirements for Class II dangerous goods in the United Nations UN standards.
1、 Filling
1. Open the lid and insert a tube with an outer diameter smaller than the sealing diameter for filling.
2. The temperature of the filling liquid should not exceed 50 ℃. After the inner liquid cools to room temperature, tighten the outer cover. If there is an inner cover, press it on first.
3. To ensure the sealing of the barrel mouth, it is recommended to use a torque wrench to tighten the barrel lid; The torque of different sealing materials is different. Please consult our customer service department for the required torque.
2、 Stacking and storage
1. The drums after packaging the goods are stacked on double-sided flat pallets, with 3 layers stacked on each pallet. The upper and lower drums should be aligned with each other to ensure that the positioning parts are in place; The number of stacked buckets on each layer is determined by the size of the pallet.
2. The buckets stacked on the pallet should be wrapped and fixed with wrapping film, and the stacking layers of the packaged pallet should not exceed 2 layers; When stacking pallets with buckets, the upper and lower layers should be aligned so that the weight of the upper layer is evenly applied to the lower layer; The ground of the stacking area should be flat and in a horizontal position.
3. The bucket should be stored under a canopy to avoid exposure to sunlight, and the storage temperature should be below 40 ℃ and above -18 ℃.
3、 Loading and transportation
1. When packaging dangerous goods for long-distance transportation:
1) Stacking should be done on pallets, with a size not exceeding 1.3 meters, and the edge of the bucket should not exceed the edge of the pallet.
2) Containers should be loaded into containers or vehicles, and attention should be paid to aligning the upper and lower layers when stacking to prevent tilting and instability. The container or vehicle should have rigid walls and fences at least the same height as the container to prevent the bucket from tipping over.
2. Confirmation of chemical compatibility: When using, the chemical compatibility of the filled liquid with the container and sealing material should be confirmed. If there are any questions about compatibility, testing should be conducted, and inquiries are also welcome; We are not responsible for compatibility issues caused by self filling of internal liquid without our confirmation.
4、 Instructions for use
1. During filling, it is necessary to prevent the internal liquid from splashing out and injuring the operators.
2. Before tightening the cap, check if the sealing ring is installed properly and if there is any detachment; When tightening the lid, align it with the thread to avoid leakage at the barrel mouth due to misalignment or slipping of the thread.
3. During transportation, collision with hard and sharp objects should be avoided to prevent falling.
