2、 Can be used for hot filling, generally the temperature should not exceed 60 ℃. After hot filling, the lid and stacking should be tightly closed only after the contents have cooled sufficiently and cooled to room temperature. If containing easily dispersible chemicals, a breathable lid can be used to avoid the danger of overpressure during transportation, while ensuring the sealing performance of the liquid.

4、 Production raw materials: The main raw material for producing plastic barrels is high-density polyethylene (PE), abbreviated as PE, which is a high molecular weight organic compound formed by the addition and polymerization of ethylene. Polyethylene is a globally recognized food contact material that is odorless and tasteless, and meets food packaging hygiene standards. Polyethylene film, lightweight and transparent, has properties such as moisture resistance, oxygen resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, average air tightness, and excellent heat sealing. It is known as the "flower of plastics" and is the most commonly used and important material for plastic packaging printing.
High density polyethylene, abbreviated as HDPE. The density is 0.941-0.965g/cubic centimeter. Made by low-pressure polymerization, it is also known as low-pressure polyethylene. It is milky white in color. Processing can be done using blow molding and T-die extrusion techniques. Heat and steam resistance, cold and freezing resistance, good moisture resistance, gas resistance, and insulation performance, not easily damaged, with a strength twice that of LDPE.
